FAQ
What do I need to submit?
A 20 to 60 minute unedited coaching recording, a timestamped verbatim transcript and, if the session is not in English, an English translation.
We'll check the basic file requirements before starting your review. If a file fails, your credit carries over to the replacement. ICF also requires your client's written consent, which only you can confirm.
What's the difference between the $19 AI Review and an expert review?
Both include the same five-perspective analysis and a Submit / Not Yet / Do Not Submit verdict. In the AI Review, that verdict comes from the AI assessors only. Expert reviews add Gary Malcolm's MCC review of the verdict and the Submit Guarantee.
What do the verdicts mean?
Submit: at least three of the five assessor perspectives judge the recording at standard. In an expert review, Gary confirms it before release. In the AI Review, it is the AI panel’s verdict alone. Not Yet: the perspectives are split, and the report shows what to change. Do Not Submit: none of the five pass it, and the report explains why.
Can you guarantee I'll pass?
No. ICF makes the final decision. If our expert review says Submit and ICF fails that recording, your next review is free.
What happens after a Not Yet?
Your report ends with a development plan and what to do next. If you want help with it, Gary offers mentor coaching at gary-malcolm.com/developing-coaches. It is separate and optional.
Who sees my recording?
Your recording and transcript are used only to produce your review. The recording is deleted when the review is complete. The transcript and report are kept under your order reference so the guarantee can be honoured. Nothing is published, shared or used for training without your written consent.
Are the five assessors people?
No. They're five AI assessor perspectives. Expert verdicts are reviewed by Gary Malcolm, MCC.
