What we collect

When you order: your name and email (via Stripe checkout), your order details, and the files you send for review: audio recordings and transcripts of coaching sessions. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us.

When you browse: standard hosting logs via our hosting provider (Vercel). We do not run advertising trackers.

How your files are used

Recordings and transcripts are used only to produce your review. Processing involves transcription and AI-based analysis under our direction, plus human review by Gary Malcolm, MCC, of every expert review verdict and every Development Review. The AI Review is not reviewed by a person.

Your files are never published, never shared beyond the processing above, and never used to train models without your explicit written consent. We treat coaching recordings and transcripts as confidential.

Retention and deletion

Recordings are deleted once your review is complete; we keep no audio archive. Transcripts and reports are retained under your order reference so the guarantee can be honoured and any question about our advice can be checked against what was actually reviewed. Reports form our evidence trail and are retained accordingly.

Files uploaded before payment are deleted automatically within 24 hours if the order is not paid.

To ask what we hold under your order reference, or to request deletion of retained material (which ends the guarantee for that order), contact us with your reference.

Who else touches the data

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Otter.ai (transcription, when you order a transcript from us) and Anthropic (the Claude AI model that analyses your transcript), each receiving only what their role requires. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

We set no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics. Visitor numbers come from Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you, so no cookie consent is needed.

The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in if you are an administrator of this site. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout, which are necessary for the payment to work and to prevent fraud.
